a) MUST používáme, když jsme si něčím jisti.

b) CAN´T používáme v případech, když si myslíme, že něco není možné.

c) Pro vyjádření minulosti se používá tvar MUST HAVE…. a CAN´T HAVE….
The shoes you bought are very nice. They must have been very expensive.

The driver went straight into a wall. He can´t have been looking in front of him.
Everyone passed the exam. It can´t have been very difficult.
